had a Bosche mixer and blender for 43 years. I wore it out. When I went to replace it, there was never a question as to what brand I would buy. We bought the newest Bosche mixer and blender. I love it. I know it will last and service our family for a long time to come.

I am 74 years old and recently started making bread I could only make one loaf at a time with my kitchenaid and it was wobbling the whole time. I was impressed with the reviews I saw on the Bosch so I decided to buy one. I am so happy with this machine. It makes baking so much less of a chore. Thanks

I have always used bread machines in the past and was pretty satisfied with the results. When my last bread machine gave up, I decided to try this machine - best decision I have made in the counter top appliance line. Major difference in the consistency of the dough and finished product. So happy I tried something new.

I have had 3 different Kitchen Aid stand mixers and a Nutrimill but my Bosch is the true work horse! You can hear and feel it's strength as it is mixing my triple sourdough batch! It's motor is powerful enough to get any job done without shutting off because it's overheating. I"m in love with my Bosch, and recommend it to all my baking friends!

The Bosch Universal Mixer has been on my wish list for quite some time. Finally, I pulled the trigger and purchased the baker's deluxe set which came with tons of extras...cookie paddles, cake paddles, ice cream maker, etc. I couldn't be happier. The only drawback is the standard plastic bowl, which I understand is not rated for any temperatures above 100C. This makes it unsuitable for utilization when making Italian Meringue, which is the only meringue I use for macarons. I saw the stainless steel bowl addition, which is out of stock on the bosch site, and a bit pricey; but, I'm going to have to purchase at some point.

I love it! Capable of doing 6 batches at one once! Quiet and boy is it powerful! It has beat both of my kitchen aids. For the price, it would be nice if it came with a few more attachments, but overall.... no complaints on form, fit, or function!

I can't say enough good things about this machine. I bought it for mixing the whole wheat bread dough I make twice weekly. It handles that heavy dough perfectly! I thought that was all I would use it for, but now I find myself reaching for this for all my mixing needs. Now I'm trying to decide which attachment to get first....

I just purchased this mixer to start baking all my family's bread! I have had it about 3 months and I LOVE it. Making bread is ZERO work with this. It needs in 9 minutes to knead and is ready to go. So easy and quick and let me say I am NOT an experienced baker/cook at all. I love the design and that it is compact and not heavy or bulky like a typical standing kitchen mixer.
To be totally transparent on all things the only 2 complaints I have is that the mixing bowl is made out of plastic. For the price it should be stainless steel. They do have a stainless steel bowl you can buy for it but I am having to save up for it as it's over a $100 just for the bowl. Secondly, while I love the ease of removing and attaching the dough hook, I do notice that that dough gets stuck right about the rim of the center part of the bowl. It's a little more of a nuisance to clean but if you have a scrub brush it will do the job to get the bristles to push it out. You won't be able to clean it well with just a sponge.
I would absolutely buy this product again and as I increase my skills I look forward to looking into Their pasta maker!

My old Bosch mixer is probably 30 years old. It still works great. I thought it was time for a new one. I like a couple of the new features a lot. The rim on the bowl is great. You can grasp it from anywhere. I like that you can remove the center of the bowl for cleaning. I gave it 4 stars as the beaters and hook seem a bit less sturdy than my old ones. I'm sure they will be just fine though!!

Honestly I bought this due to the range of attachements it has. I have it grinding meat and beating stiff peak egg whites on the reg. With using the citrus user attachments for orange juice. To obtain stiff peak egg whites, it would require egg whites from two eggs for the big bowl and 1 for the smaller slicer shredder attachement with mixing whisk gear set. Also use the same slicer shredder for carrots for my carrot cakes. The dough hook can also take the heavy duty cookie dough I do as well as the paddles. But for bread you need the dough arms. It's a bit powerful so I keep it kneading under 5 mins for most things on the first setting. I also got the food processor attatchment since all these extra bowls come in hand with all the ingredients I use. The food processor worked extremely well for dulce de leche and the best part is no risk of it leaking to the motor the way it was designed.

I have always used KitchenAid until a friend told me about Bosch. I purchased the mixer with the Bakers Package and an ice cream maker attachment. I am thrilled with this excellent mixer. Everything I make, from bread to frosting is faster and lighter than ever before. I highly recommend Bosch mixers.

I bought this mixer to replace my KitchenAid for making homemade bread. This machine can handle so much more! I love the suction cups to keep it on the counter. And, my husband let me know that he accidentally dropped it when I wasn't home, but I can't tell. Not a piece broken anywhere.

I have another home mixer already, even the "commercial version, and this still surpasses it. I can do a triple batch of my cookies in this and it doesn't even hesitate, it mixes like a champ in a fraction of the time.

I purchased this to replace an ailing KitchenAid Pro that couldn't do much more than make frosting or whip cream. The Bosch is so efficient at making bread dough as well as cake batter, cookie dough, and whipping. I'm very pleased with its performance.

I recently purchased the Bosch mixer after using a Kitchenaid for the past 15 years. I have to say that I am blown away! This thing is awesome! I am able to make my buttercream icing in a quarter of the time it took me to make it in the Kitchenaid! I haven't made my famous sugar cookie dough yet, but if it performs as good as it did for my icing, I know it will be GREAT!

I bake bread and cookies. This Bosch Universal is a workhorse when it comes to mixing my dough. I make a multigrain bread that I am able to mix four loaves worth of ingredients at a time. This machine handles all the dough like a champ. I only wish I bought it sooner.

The Bosch is a nice machine as far as kneading the dougy, mashing potatoes, etc.. Cleaning it however is the pitts. The part on top should be stainless steel as well as the attachable parts. Plastic chips and breaks. ALready had to replace the splash ring.

Gave it 4 stars because it is a great product and very strong. But after using it for a few weeks there was a lot I wasn't pleased with. Take making cookies, you have to change to dough hook from the cookie beaters when adding in chips. Just one more product to clean.
Also, its a QUICK & FAST start to machine so even with the lid on flour/dry pops out wherever it can so cleanup is another time consuming issue. (6qt kitchen aid has a slow speed to mix in and then increase speed)
Seems to overwhip buttercream eveb following same recipe as I used with KA.
One last misgiving on it is when you need to fold in ingredients by hand. Its awkward to use the center post so it's either struggle threw or use another bowl.

great machine,takes very little time to mix and blend. Suction cups on bottom of machine hold the unit steady.Dough hook with scraper keeps the mix flowing and the bowl clean. Unit is easy to add ingredients to the bowl with spillage or mess.Pre selected speeds more than adequate in mixing and blending.

We decided to go with the Bosch mixer because we didnt feel that a KitchenAid or similar could hold up to our demands (and we had tax return refund money- otherwise we cannot afford it). I have used this machine multiple times a day, everyday, since receiving it, and the motor is strong and consistent. I had to run it on level 3 for 18 minutes to make marshmallows one day and it did great, was just lukewarm to the touch. I use the blender attachment also at least once a day. This machine and attachments are everything we expected. Easy enough to clean. Only complaint would be against the bowl scraper attachment; one cracked the first time using it and it's difficult to attach to the plastic and metal whip drives.

This is my go to bread machine since it arrived in Jan 2022. It is so sturdy, easy to clean and doesn't walk across the counter when it's doing its thing. Don't get me wrong, I love my KA mixer but it's one of the original white stand mixer and for the mixing and kneading req'd for bread it just hasn't got the get up and go the my Bosch does. Just a quick aside I purchased the black/stainless steel model, but when I tried to register it, there was no MUM code on the drop down box so I just picked the white. The Model No. on the machine is MUM6N10UG. I LOVE THIS MACHINE.

I needed a new mixer. After reading several reviews, I purchased the Bosch kitchen machine. I am new to a stand mixer, so I was a little apprehensive how user friendly it would be. It did not disappoint! I was so pleased how easy it was to use. My first recipe I made was a bread recipe in the booklet included. It turned out perfect. I would highly recommend this mixer.

You're getting what you're paying for (keep inflation in mind also)- it can handle much more than a kitchenaid can. This is for people who REALLY cook and bake at home, not just for a blog. I am sure there's better blenders out there, but this one is barely affordable as is (but thanks irs for the refund money). It's great for our needs. With our stainless steel bowl we also got the baker's package (for the cookie and cake paddles), and the blender. Blender has also been awesome so far. Have gone through many blenders (crappy oster, black & decker, and better cuisinart blenders) so finally invested in a better one. Happy customer.

I had an old Bosch mixer which I bought used 20 years ago. It was so dependable I hated to get a new one. I decided it was time to purchase a new mixer. I love it. It is so smooth and it's easier to clean. I haven't tried all the attachments yet. But the spiralizer worked great. This mixer is well built and great quality.
