Moved into the new house and been using this microwave constantly. It has been fantastic as far as functionality and we are enjoying our nightly popcorn!!!
Gave it 4 stars as I would have done 4.5 or 4.7 but didnt have that choice and no product is perfect.

The unit works well but with some foods a lot steam / moisture builds up and even coats the control panel which is concerning. This even after we added more ventilation than the instructions call for.

took over 3 weeks to get a replacement for our other microwave that broke. bosch customer service works at their own pace, slowwwwwww. no one there could tell me the status and when i was getting the new one. i stopped by the store that installed the original one and they ordered and installed the new one 3days later.

This is a replacement for our previous Bosch drawer microwave which was discontinued. The panel is hidden and when opened the settings are not lit. It is very difficult to see the settings even with the kitchen light on.

We remodeled our kitchen. A drawer microwave was the best decision ever. I am short and now I can get a hot cup of coffee or casserole out of the microwave with no fear of dropping on myself and getting burned.

I love that my new Bosch 800 Micro doesn't take up counter space, which leaves me with lots of space to prep my meals. Also, when I have large bowls it's easy to lift it out with finger pot holders. I love it, but only wish the defrost button was easier to manage.

Works well but lacking a few features. It would be nice to have buttons for 1, 2 or 3 minues instead of programing the compete time in. You can hit the start button and add 30 seconds but I feel like I will wear the button out it I use it all the time. I am not fan of the tilt out, one more thing to push open and clean finger prints off. But the microwave does work well and heats fast. Just think it is missing a few features.

This microwave is a little workhorse. Things I don't love, but not a deal breaker are the flip out controller...it get's dust and crumbs. I don't love having to flip it out and in...but again...not a deal breaker. I also don't love the present for weights and that I have to convert pounds to ounces, but not a deal breaker.

While the look is sleek, the Open/Close feature is slow, and the panel opens with the lighest touch. While those can be lived with, in 2025, how is there is no built-in turntable in this model? This model leaves food unevenly warmed. Does this unit offer a nice look, yes. Is it worth the money, absolutely not.

The microwave flashes E6002 Door Blocked everytime it's opened. Your repairman did not know how to fix it. He ordered 3 parts which will take over a month to arrive. Meanwhile the e6002 warning is still flashing. Your customer service is horrible.

We had a GE 30" built in microwave before this, but this 24" Bosch heats foot up so fast! Probably in half the time. Pluse I love the sleek look!

Clock does not work (gains 10 min/hr). Drawer motion is jerky enough that food often spills at the ends of travel (opening and closing)

I redid my kitchen and the designer recomended an under the countertop drawer microwave and my Bosch has turned out to be extremely easy and convenient and adds a degree of space utilization that is second to none!

This microwave is unbelievable. Blends into the cabinetry and with other Bosch appliances seamlessly. It's very powerful and I love that you can use the Bosch home app to get status updates and even operate the microwave!

We have had the new Bosch 800 series Drawer Microwave for about a month. So far, it is working well. I love the drawer feature. It is where I can reach it, and easy to clean. It takes a bit longer to melt butter/boil water than our previous microwave, but adjusting the cook time seems to have helped. I have used a few of the "pre-set." buttons and they appear to be working well.
