After waiting nearly six months for delivery I got my range.
After two weeks the warming drawer will not open. Cheap and flimsy.
The writing on the cooktop knobs is so faint I have to bend down and strain to see it. I hope they dont wipe off with cleaning.
The cooktop large burners in front take nearly 10 minutes to boil water in a 2 qt sauce pan.
The glass cooktop surgace has faint parallel lines etched into it which is very difficult to clean. I need to use cooktop cleaner EVERY TIME, with elbow grease to get splatter out of the lines. I have other brands of glass cooktops that are so EASY to keep clean.
Spare yourself and don't buy this!

I waited 10 months for this range and have had it for 12 days now. It is a beautiful range, but only when it's clean. Who wants to work this hard at keeping it clean? I keep having to put a post-it-note on different burners saying to not use this burner until I've had a chance to clean it. I received cleaning items that I ordered from Bosch today. I spent over an hour cleaning the stainless steel (ugly smudges from the installers) and cleaning the glass top. Lots of elbow grease required. I may as well have purchased a old-fashioned coil burner electric stove. Remember why we wanted a smooth top anyhow? It's because we spent so many hours cleaning the chrome drip pans! I read reviews on this range and thought to myself that users who complained about cleaning the top must not be vigilent. Guess what? I am vigilent about cleaning and I too am so disappointed in how hard it is to keep clean. Hopefully with the stovetop and stainless steel cleaners that arrived today it will be easier to clean; our range gets used a lot.
Why doesn't Bosch GIVE you cleaners with the stove? They also should GIVE you a glass scraper with your purchase. My previous ranges with a smoothtop (2 of them) were both deliered with cleaning kits. Neither smoothtop was this hard to clean. Just using each burner leaves a ring around the edges, no matter what pan you use. It also leaves little bubbles, and that just doesn't seem right.
I also purchased a Bosch dishwasher and I love how it cleans dishes. It's actually fun to unload since everything comes out so clean! BUT, although the stainless steel is easy to wipe down, it's hard to get clean. You always see water marks running down the front. (From wet hands dripping down the side.) It gets dirty EVERY day. I doubt our previous dishwashers got any less dirty, but you didn't see anything on my white dishwashers. I would have chosen white for my 3 new appliances, BUT the Bosch refrigerator wasn't available in white.
My new Bosch refrigerator is the absolute best refrigerator we have ever owned. I was thrilled that Bosch began producing their own refrigerators instead of just putting their name plate on someone else's. BUT, the stainless steel needs cleaned daily! Every smudge and fingerprint shows. It cleans up nicely, but who wants to do that everyday?
The oven bakes nicely, I am pleased with how fast it preheats. I love the knobs down front instead of at the rear of the stove like my previous ranges; but couldn't Bosch make the numbers a little easier to read? I have to put on my readers, expecially for the burner with 3 different heating options. I too bump into the control panel and hope I get used to not getting so close as I am getting tired of having to hit the button to clear it.
I agree that the kitchen timer could stand to be louder.
I do love the oven, everything I have baked so far has come out beautiful.
I believe in choosing an appliance in how it operates, not how pretty it is. I would take less attractive appliances if they were easier to clean.
Hopefully Bosch listens to their customers, and tries to improve the issues their customers aren't happy with. At this day in age, with what these appliances cost, we really expect perfection.
I'm a dedicated Consumer Reports fan, and purchase items for their reliability ratings, even if they cost more, which these 3 Bosch appliances certainly did. That is the most important thing to me, I do not want to be replacing or repairing appliances often. I hope my new appliances don't disappoint beyond the fact that I have to clean the outsides of each appliance most days.

This range is solid. right from the unpackaging I realized that this is a well built and solid appliance. I am so impressed at not only the functionality but the esthetics of the range. It performs beautifully and looks great, it fits right into any decor. I could not have expected anything else from Bosch since i've been a customer for years having happily purched a fridge and 2 dishwashers in the past. I recomend to anyone looking for a top of the line consumer appliance.

First of all, it is a great range. The heating is even, love the additional settings (ex. pizza, etc.), and love the warming zone/drawer. Where the stove needs help is the screen, knobs, and warming drawer. Starting with the screen - it is slightly difficult to "lock the panel". The sensor under the screen doesn't easily read the finger pressure. I have older tablets that have better screen touch capabilities. Funny because if you slightly lean up against the screen - it beeps at you. Next is the knobs. Beautiful but spins way too easily and the setting seems a little off. The stovetop heats way too hot on lower settings. Also, wish they would not only have a screen lock but a "child lock" button that would override and prevent any heating from oven to stovetop. Finally, the warming drawer is very easy to pop open. I wish it would take a little bit more pressure to release. the drawer.

Appreciate all the features on this stove, warming drawer is great, larger viewing window and self closing door is such a pleasure. I truly like the pull out rack but the three sized burner is the best. This burner allows me to use my extra large fry pan or my very small sauce pan. I highly recommend this appliance.

Great looking oven, controls are solid. Top burners regulates the heat temperature perfect. The oven racks are easy to move and slid heavy pots in and out. The temp probe cooks meat to perfection. Cooks like a professional stove and easy to use.

Received a defective induction range in November. Bosch had agreed to replace but unfortunately has become unresponsive. Our case number is #4102490093. Very disappointed with this product and with Bosch.

Elegant Stove, Great Baking and Cooking

I really do like this stove however, something is off with the electronic/digital panel. Each time I open the over to check on what is cooking, the panel reverts to this setting 325 Convection. I then have to reset the entire previous setting. We already had a service person come out and replace the panel however, it keeps doing the same. I don't understand what is wrong. Must call the Service people again. This is very discouraging!

Well, I've had my range a little over a year so I wanted to give an update. I still love how it cooks and bakes, but I do have two negatives, and they are big ones. This range is a major hassle to get clean. The stainless always looks awful. And I mean awful. Then the Ceran cooktop is not what it should be. I had my old glass cooktop for probably 15 years. Not a mark on it. This one is just terrible. There are marks on it that WILL NOT come off in more than one place, not even sure what it is from, and it scratches horribly. I'm so careful with my cookware and it's scratched where cookware doesn't even sit. I honestly don't understand it. Nothing ever randomly sits on my cooktop either. I hate the top.

Tried to use the broiler for the first time and it doesn't work. Spent over $2000 and the broiler doesn't work. Not happy. Sat on hold for over an hour on the 1-800 number. Gave up.

This is a very nice machine, nice-looking, relatively-quite - but the flatware basket is very small (half the size you regularly see) and does not nestle snugly in the racks.
