Upgraded our fridge when our LG went out. I can't figure out how this fridge has so much more room than our last fridge. Yes there is no in door icemaker, which is probably the difference. Put everything in that the old fridge had with no room left over, and it still looks empty. The ice maker is slower than expected, but we supplement in the Arizona summers with bagged ice, and there is plenty of room for that.

I absolutely love the storage and organization in this fridge and freezer. Everything has a designated place, which makes it so much easier to keep food visible, accessible, and neat. The adjustable shelves and spacious drawers help maximize space, and I can fit much more than I expected without it feeling crowded.
The freezer is especially impressive - the layout makes organizing frozen foods simple, and items don't get lost in the back like they have in previous freezers I've owned. I also appreciate how easy it is to separate meats, snacks, meal prep containers, and frozen vegetables.

I would have given this 5 stars but a little over a year old I started having problems with it. With that said I have to give Bosch 5 stars because they were fantastic. This was an expensive appliance and the place I purchased it was like you are past the one year you are out of warranty period but it was 14 months old. However, when I called Bosch directly they were wonderful to deal with and they said that I should not be having this problem so soon and set up a full warranty claim.

Fridge does great. We love that everything is customizable inside. Only 2 negatives: 1)the door falls back onto you when you get into the fridge, 2)the doors don't pull themselves shut like the drawers do, so they constantly get left slightly ajar.

I bought this refrigerator mainly for its cabinet depth but also because of name brand recognition. It has more features than I plan to use (e.g., network connection/app) but the basic functionalty is spot on. It really pumps out the ice cubes! The filter is easy to get to and replace. The only negagtive I have is that it is noisy when the compressor is running (high pitch). I would give it 4.5 stars but it's not an option on this review.

This is our 3rd refrigerator since 2020. None of them were Bosch. Since we had a Bosch dishwasher (and had great luck), we decided to get this fridge hoping it would be as reliable. We love the icemaker and inside the door water dispenser. The only con is the plastic drawer in the fridge seems flimsy and difficult to open and close. For the price, I would expect higher quality.

This item replaced a 5 year-old JennAir french door fridge that died. I couldn't be happier with the Bosch. It is a slightly smaller footprint than the JennAir, but actually stores more. I like the way the shelves go all the way to the back so no more items slipping to down. The large crisper drawer glides easily and holds a ton of the stuff. The middle drawer keeps veggies, cheese and deli meats at the correct temp. The freezer is spacious and the three drawers make finding things easy. Love the ice cube shape and it makes a ton in a short period of time. Also finding the wi-fi connection handy just in case the fridge door is left open (wish my deep freezer had one). Finally the duel compressors are very quiet and I can easily roll the unit out to clean underneath.

I love the fact that I can see everything easily and can keep my smelly foods (meat and cheese) in the middle drawer away from my other food. I love the fact I can put it in Eco mode and Vacation mode to save power. The door storage is plentiful. The only complaint I have is the bottom drawer on the top is hard to open and close. I have not even begun to use all the features available but plan to learn as I go!

We've had our Bosch fridge for about two months now, and it's been a great addition. It looks sharp, runs quietly, and keeps everything consistently cold.
The layout just works. The doors hold more than you'd expect, and we haven't come close to running out of shelf space. The veggie drawer is a standout-produce is staying fresh noticeably longer than what we're used to.
So far, no complaints and nothing I'd change. It's one of those appliances you don't think about much…which is exactly the point.

Our old GE Profile of 25 years finally died on us. I fixed it myself a couple of times. But the last time had something to do with the upper refrigertator part of it and not the freezer. I was stumped and decided it was time for a new unit. The Bosch was a perfect fit and has a larger interior while occupying the same footprint as the GE. It was a bit of a challenge at first in terms of navigating the controls, pairing it to the internet and whatnot. But it eventually became easy and we are totally satisfied with our purchase. The manual is very clear if you take the time to read it carefully. The ice maker works great and we love the produce drawer. It just feels like a much better appliance. This is an excellent refrigerator/freezer. We got it from Lowe's and the service, delivery and install were superb.

I bought this fridge/freezer to replace a 2.5 year old Kitchenaide after its condenser failed. I couldn't wait the 4-6 weeks for an authorized repairman to perform the warranty work. This Bosch was highly recommended by three different repairman.
The door compartments are very roomy, providing a lot of usable space. The movable glass shelves also help accommodate larger items as needed. While smaller than our last fridge (intentional choice), there's still plenty of room.
The water dispenser is inside the fridge. I wasnt sure about having to have the fridge door open the whole time I'm getting water, but it hasn't been a problem.
I love the vegetable/fruit bin being separate from the rest of the fridge. I can set the temps and humidity to fit the items I have in stock.
The freezer, with it's separated compartments is also adjustable, and has plenty of room. Wasn't sure I'd like having the ice dispenser inside the freezer, but it has worked out greay, and we never run out of ice (which is a dramatic improvement from our last fridge as the ice makers died only months into ownership).
The outside of the fridge and freezer are easy to clean, and don't show fingerprints.
Six months in, and I'm very happy with the unit. I'll post updates over time.

The Bosh fridge B36CL80SNS is a beautiful appliance. Unfortunately in less than 2 years we had to replace the inverter compressors for the freezer and the fridge. Each service call cost $550 and Bosh won't reimburse even though the items are under warranty. For the price we paid and Brand reputation, our purchase was a disappointment.

The mechanical components of this fridge have worked for years so far. No complaints. But alot of the other annoyance and quality shortcuts around this fridge have me regretting my purchase.
I have a bosch dishwasher that I bought in 2000 and has been running flawless and silently since then. Amazing! Why wouldn't a fridge from the same manufacturer be any less?
The design of this thing sucks. The water dispenser is INSIDE the fridge, so you have to stand there with the door open to fill up a jug, and hope that the annoying "Door open" beep warning doesn't start going off.
The french doors are themselves a problem. I've never had a fridge that did NOT want to close itself as much as this thing. At least once a week I have the beeping "door open" alarm going off because I closed the door but not hard enough to actually have it seal shut.
(Have I mentioned how much I hate this "door open" alarm?!)
The handle of the middle veggie drawer just snapped off recently because the plastic is so cheap. Because it's out of warranty now, I go to the Bosch website to buy an OEM replacement part. But the freaking website has an INCORRECT part listed for the handle! Now I'm out $25, still have a broken handle, and am upset enough to write a bad review.
Avoid this, and probably, all Bosch fridges.

For the price, better equipment inside the fridge should be standard. The clear plastic drawers feel flimsy. The shelves do not have split adjustability. The freezer drawers do not easily lift out for cleaning. It is common for the middle freezer drawer to come unhinged and fall behind the bottom freezer drawer preventing closer of the main freezer door. From the very first week of use, the overall build quality proved to be unacceptable for a premium appliance. The plastic quality of the refrigerator door handles is very poor. All of the handles cracked within a short period of normal use, which is unacceptable for an appliance in this price range. In addition, one of the refrigerator doors became misaligned and does not close properly, affecting normal operation. This is a significant functional issue that affects performance, food safety, and energy efficiency.
Unfortunately, the extended warranty service experience was poor. The technician assigned to the repair was unprofessional and dismissive, and ultimately rejected the repair without adequately addressing the documented defects or providing a meaningful resolution. No proper corrective action was taken. Given the price point and Bosch's reputation, the materials and workmanship of this refrigerator are far below reasonable expectations. The repeated failures and lack of effective warranty support raise serious concerns about product quality and after-sale service.

I purchased due to positive experiences with past Bosch products and their reputation for quality. I have basic soft magnets that left permanent scratches on the front of the fridge after 2 weeks with minimal movement. The finger print resistance finish is exceptionally sensitive and not durable. You cannot use magnets unless you want permanent scratching. Seems a bit ridiculous and it should be included in product instructions if this is the design working as intended. I wouldn't purchase another Bosch refrigerator based on this experience.

I've owned many, many refrigerators over the years. This is, by far, the best.
The Flex Bar is a great feature that gives you extra storage space which would normally be wasted.
The freezer has ample space but the best thing is the sliding drawers that keep things from getting buried in the bottom of the freezer.
I love the ice maker. Lots of capacity and easy access.
Only concern is the drawer in the main section seems a bit cheap and doesn't slide easily.

I replaced a standard fridge with this Bosch 800 Series, and the difference is night and day. The dual compressors are no joke-my produce stays crisp for twice as long as it used to.
Pros:
True Counter-Depth: It looks like a custom built-in unit.
Great Ice: The pyramid-shaped ice is a huge hit in our house.
Organization: The FlexBar and adjustable shelving make it easy to fit everything despite being counter-depth.
Whisper Quiet: I never even hear it running.
It's a premium price, but the build quality and performance justify it. If you want a fridge that actually preserves your food and looks stunning in the kitchen, this is it.

We love this refrigerator except the doors do not close unless they are pushed. The alarm goes off at least once a day because someone leaves the door slightly open

Fridge functions very well, love the vitafresh drawer, but internal water dispenser has leaked from start - thought it would take a while to get initial air out of line but it has continued to be an issue
