We have not had a side by side in at least 6 years. I did not think I was going to like it. However, this fridge is HUGE!! I also LOVE that it has the ice and water inside the doors. Unlike our last french door, the water comes out every quickly to fill cups!

This refrigerator is by far the best one that I have owned. I really like the LED lighting and the fact that it dims and goes out after so long when the door is left open. It has so much room I can fit a cheese platter in it. And I also love that it has a deli drawer. Then as for the freezer, the huge ice drawer is great. There is plenty of room and shelves for so much food. All around GREAT APPLIANCE for the price!

When the ice maker and freezer stopped working on my Samsung french door refrigerator, I had to buy a new one. I looked at many different models before deciding on my Frigidaire side by side. I just got it 10 days ago and I couldn't be happier with my choice. It's quiet and chills and freezes well. The crisper drawers do a very good job of keeping my fruits and vegetables fresh longer. I look forward to having it for many years to come.

Awesome fridge, but...

We replaced our 15 year old fridge with this one. Love it, except the temp controls are on the inside of fridge side door. That makes it easy to touch the control while grabbing the door to close it. Same with the water dispenser. A little better engineering goes a long way. My opinion. Otherwise, awesome appliance.

It runs quiet and cold. It doesn't have back adjustment feet which made it a bit difficult in leveling. The water dispenser is a bit odd and is easily depressed when opening and closing the door. The more simple design and the icemaker being only internal and in the freezer will likely mean more reliable. It is well thought out and the air filter and drawer insert for keeping produce is a nice added touch. Overall, very pleased so far!

I really like the refrigerator. BUT, it is nearly impossible to level (so I was told by the installers) because there are wheels instead of feet in the back. If your floor is 100% level, great, you™€™ll love the frig. If your floor is even a fraction of a degree out of level, maybe not so much.

We had this side by side model for 7 years and were quite happy with it, but lost it after Hurricane Helene. It seems the metal on the new one is inferior to the old one as the doors have a number of dings and scratches in just 4 months!!

We received our new fridge on March 7 2025, from Home Depot in Fort Lauderdale.It was supposed to be delivered on February 27th but it was damaged and the order was postponed.We noticed a big noise coming from the fridge, but my daughter closed the ice maker button and the noise stopped. We do not want the water or ice connection installed because we had a problem with our previous fridge, ( leaking ), and we are Snow Birds, we do not want any water connected. We had a bad experience with our older fridge.As I said this fridge is great, very roomy, clean. We are very happy with it!! Thanks!!
